Resident Qualifications are property specific and describe the guidelines that are used at the property to qualify and applicant. All site employees are required to read and understand the Resident Qualifications for your property. Resident Qualifications will be posted in an obvious area for prospective residents to view. It will include a Criminal /Rental History Background Evaluation Criteria. 

The criteria will serve as a guideline to qualify or disqualify applicants with a criminal record. If there is an application that requires additional investigation, the applicant will not be approved for move-in until the investigation is complete and satisfactory in accordance to the criteria set forth.
