No management company would be complete without the ability to handle every maintenance issue. UMS uses a combination of on-site Maintenance Technicians and a variety of independent contractors that give you and your property both quality work at reasonable prices and quick turnaround.
A Property Specific Preventive Maintenance Schedule is to be posted on the office bulletin board and completed on a timely basis as designated by each section. There are tasks required on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis in which maintenance should perform and initial as tasks are completed.
