United Management Services knows how important it is to maintain proper compliance with resident files and physical assets of all properties receiving funding from Government sources. Our staff is trained in Compliance for LIHTC/Tax Exempt Bonds/RHS 515/HUD/HOME and Housing Trust Funds. All site managers are trained on the programs applicable to their property the program.

All files must be submitted to the UMS office prior to move in and recertification for approval of all documentation. Our software, ACCUCERT is designed to interface with our tenant software and move-ins are not accepted into the system without compliance approval.
